This very interesting 4,700 square feet house was designed by a deceased local architect with no plans available for the odd shaped forms and very fur parallel walls. The first dialogue was prepared a set of measured drawings.
The client wanted a major remodeling of the main home, adding 900 square feet that includes a new dining room, expand the master bedroom as well as master bath and master closet. A 1,200 square feet pool house and a new residence of 3,100 square feet separated from the main house to accommodate the needs of edging parents.
The proposed design used the same architectural vocabulary, materials and details as the main house to create a unified visual image of the whole complex.
