SIR, Inc. was retained to investigate the potential for the development of the four acre site for tax credit development. We prepared two alternatives for development: one for residential use, and another for a mixed commercial and residential use.

The apartments are accommodated in two four storey wood frame structures. Common facilities and rental office are located in a separate structure. A pool, volleyball court, gazebo, and other amenities are provided. Parking is on grade.
96 Apartment Units and 15,000 sq. ft. Retail
The project comprises two buildings. One “L” shaped four storey wood frame structures accommodates 64 apartments, and supporting common facilities including a roof garden. A two storey linear wood frame structure provides retail space and rental office at ground level with 32 apartments above. A pool, gazebo, and other amenities are provided. Parking is on grade.
