SIR, Inc. was retained to investigate the potential for the development of the four acre site for tax credit development. We prepared two alternatives for development: one for residential use, and another for a mixed commercial and residential use.

Alternative A
146 Apartment Units

The apartments are accommodated in two four storey wood frame structures. Common facilities and rental office are located in a separate structure. A pool, volleyball court, gazebo, and other amenities are provided. Parking is on grade.

Alternative B
96 Apartment Units and 15,000 sq. ft. Retail

The project comprises two buildings. One ā€œLā€ shaped four storey wood frame structures accommodates 64 apartments, and supporting common facilities including a roof garden. A two storey linear wood frame structure provides retail space and rental office at ground level with 32 apartments above. A pool, gazebo, and other amenities are provided. Parking is on grade.
